  It’s still the Scottrade sign out front. 7 or 8 desks with 4 on the left and 4 on the right. Little conference room in the left. Looked like it was an abandoned office. Two guys working. Maybe it was abandoned. The guy, Jim, in the back desk had no clue how to help us. For people looking to invest $100,000, you need to at least show some professionalism and knowledge. It’s not millions but for a group interested in aggressive trading, I think it’s a good client to have. He had to call corporate for help with our app. We did not feel welcome. He also kept saying he had other appointments. We submitted an app but he barely even acted like he wanted our business. It was a super awkward experience. We may try the Charles Schwab in Temecula or look for a brokerage with better customer service.
  This spot was sketchy and the two guys running it were lame ducks. Asked about the new 24 hour trading. The second guy had no clue. He just mumbled something and stopped taking. Our Wells Fargo puts in more work to help you open a bank account. Bad customer service and bad first experience. I would recommend trying a different brokerage. We will do the same.
