  TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! This store doesn't deserve one star, let alone Sprint as a company. The employee who "helped" us didn't introduce himself or wear a nametag. He was NOT interested in helping my mother and I upgrade our phones. Having worked for this company in the past, I know upgrading phones does almost nothing for their commission check. Activating a new cell phone line, however, is very nice for commission checks which is the only thing he seemed to want to help us with. We were in and out of there in 10 mins and I will not be returning. Pathetic excuse for customer service and very unethical!
