    The rudest conversation in my life. Never had an experience like this with a receptionist before:

    "Hi, I was referred to Dr. Radentz for Pemphigus, I heard he specialized in treatment for it. I also have *insurance name* and wanted to double check you guys accepted them."

    Receptionist: "Ummm...no...I don't know. That's not my job I answer phones."

    I asked, "Okay, could you ask someone who might know? I just need to make sure before I make an appointment."

    "No the doctors are their lunch break. Bye."

    "Wait, could you please take my number and have someone call me back when they get back from lunch?"

    "No, that's not my job. I don't take numbers. I answer phones. Bye."

    Seriously?! How does this doctor even get patients with such rude staff? I don't know if she's new or something but I had to go to a different doctor. Ridiculous.
