Stopped me while doing power cling. A very essential part of my workout. bumper plates as well. I need to just use less weight and take them down. Instead of telling me this the guys working this morning came over a little frantic and angry said, "I can't drop it," that, "this isn't that kind of gym." I thought bumper plates meant able to drop. I just did max set in squats, and couldn't hold the weight down. Next time I will put the weight down as quietly as possible. They should have a sign saying no dropping weight.
